Obtain state licensure by completing and submitting application through thr online application process for almost every state.  Policy and procedure manuals for all levels of care in adherence to state laws and regulations.

Preparing the organization for surveys/audits by reviewing emr’s, Human Resource files, and Physical space.  Providing reports to owners, managers, directors outlining findings, outcome measures, data driven stats, and best-care practice recommendations.  Being on-site for all surveys and audits.  Utilizing our established relationships to assist obtaining a quick and positive outcome.  On-going EMR and HR record auditing to address any ongoing patterns and keep documentation compliant.

Personnel, zoning issues, regulation concerns, new laws, staffing needs, business development.  Monthly Program Improvement meetings with reports.  Up to date with all and any standards that may change throughout each 6 month period and to alert the organization to these important changes.

We provide training for all staff. (HIV, Aggression Control, HIPAA/Confidentiality are just a few of our list of services). We offer many additional trainings as a “home study” approach to allow a smooth transition of staff without financial burden to the organization. Additional staff trainings also include clinical skill enhancement, documentation requirements, techniques/theories practice, emergency management, active shooters trainings, as well as prepare them to assist clinical staff in working with aggressive clients, mental health issues, cultural diversities and other pertinent topics.
